Popular Post slu72
Just saw on FB, Rick got elected into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame! The legend lives on. We know you're smiling today, Coach Majerus. drkelsey55, MattyMo213, Zink and 11 others like this
Schasz
Extremely well deserved honor for one of the truly great coaches in college basketball history!!!
Brighton
Pretty amazing. This could be great for recruiting.

Was definitely wrong...

Taj79
Chaney deserves it as a player. The Majerus honor is overdue. Put that banner up in Chaifetz. And .....no ..... it won't mean squat for recruiting.
Matty Light
Cheaney was as good as they came in college. The Big Ten had some great players from that era. Steve Smith, Jim Jackson, Jalen Rose, Chris Webber, Glenn Robinson, Michael Finley. Cheaney was as good as all of them.
slu72
Cheany deserved it. Doesn't lesson Rick in any way. Majerus was a genius. And coached his teams so well, they didn't even need a coach after he passed.
thetorch
Just to clarify this is the Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame not the Basketball Hall Of Fame in Springfield Mass. He deserves to be in both.

Went there when we played in that tournament several years ago. A lot of interactive stuff. I liked it a lot.

Thanks for the positive comments and we will have to check it out. Last year road trip we hit Pro Football, Rock and Roll, Hockey, and Baseball Hall of Fames and enjoyed all of them. Clock_Tower
I have been to the HOF in KC as well - worth both my time and the admission. Also been to NFL, MLB and NHL. Would like to go Springfield Mass as well.

Clock_Tower
Dude. You have issues. There is help out there for you. In short, I make one post months ago and apparently embarrassed you with your foolish comments, after a close and frustrating loss, about Coach Ford not being able to coach AND that you opposed Coach Ford from the beginning. Instead of moving on, you continue to stalk me and continue to embarrass yourself.... Billiken Rich likes this
