courtside Posted November 17, 2003 Share Posted November 17, 2003 Big east final...#5 ND 2 #4 St. John's 0 UVA won the ACC over #2 Marlyand ...after 1-1 tie, 7-6 in PK's. Also at #2 Wake Forest lost earlier in ACC tourney. IU won the big Ten tourney in PK's over Penn State #1 UCLA...no Pac 10 tourney...just a win over Fresno St. .........so.....it would be very very surprising if SLU did not get a #1 seed, and home road to final four....a long and tough one...but so far, in great position. kwyjibo Posted November 17, 2003 Share Posted November 17, 2003 I would not be surprised if SLU did not get a #1 seed. SLU has been screwed worse by the computer rankings in the past. That said I would not be surprised if the DID get a 4 seed either. We'll see. SLU played a very tough out of conference schedule but they were hurt by losses in C-USA (C-USA was down computer-wise this year).
