It doesn’t matter if he is currently enrolled or not. He was on scholarship for the first day of classes for the first semester, so that scholarship is unavailable for the entire year. He would’ve sat out a year following his transfer by the next January and been eligible to play. Playing at all in the second semester would've burned an entire year of eligibility.
