The NCAA is relaxing the mandatory two-semester sit-out requirement, not giving an additional year of eligibility to mid-year transfers.

I'm well aware of this. My point is that their approach to transfers is generally becoming more relaxed, and therefore the environment for such a waiver is more favorable.

What happened to his scholarship?

It is being used by him this entire year. It doesn’t matter if he is currently enrolled or not. He was on scholarship for the first day of classes for the first semester, so that scholarship is unavailable for the entire year.

Wait then why was Ty graves going to play at semester last year before the sit 2? Wasn’t he eligible after December

We had an unused scholarship available when he committed in December.  He would’ve sat out a year following his transfer by the next January and been eligible to play.  Playing at all in the second semester would've burned an entire year of eligibility. Not trying to be a d!ck, but what is so hard about all this?

Because it’s confusing?
