Murray State pounds SIUC on the road 80-52. 😮

I saw that making stealing one from Houston or Florida State to make up for that loss.

Hoping for a healthy Bess, Isabell and Wiley soon we need them.

I think that both Isabell and Bess may be able to play fully in these games. I do not think we will see Wiley before January, if we see him at all.

Wiley was limping when walking to the bench at the Oregon State game and looked a long way away from returning

Sat. games of note regarding the Bills:

SIUC at #14 Buffalo

Rutgers at Seton Hall

Butler vs. #25 Indiana - more a less a neutral court in Indianapolis

North Alabama at UNCG

Texas A&M at Oregon State

Davidson at Temple - Jon Axel is having a terrific season so far.

App State at S. Florida, Happy Appy aka, UNC-Tweetsie already losing 28-16.

SEMO's playing The Citadel but who cares.

Jeff Capel in early contention for ACC or national coach of the year. Allegedly, they were down to 2 scholarship players with transfers and transfer threats when Stallings was fired. Kept the threatened transfers, recruited well and has them back on the map.

Butler will be a top 25 team now that their duke transfer is playing. If we beat a top 25 team like butler we can beat Houston. Again they haven’t played a defense like ours yet so time will tell

That Seton Hall win is looking better and better.  Beat Kentucky and just watched them win impressively against Rutgers.  Now 7- 3.

Buffalo defeats SIUC 73-65. How did Buffalo get so good?

Davidson up on Temple 35-27 at the half. Jon Axel with only 4 at the half and 0-4 from the arc. He'll go 4-4 from the arc against us, that's just the way it always seems to be.

What is Richmond doing losing to Oral Roberts at the half, 31-23. ORU is dismally bad.

Weird how all the Big 5 teams we play are mid level at best except these next 2.

Houston is not a "Power 5" team, nor is it a "Power 6" team.  ("Power 5" being teams from the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac 12, and SEC, with a 6th in the Big East.)  It's still a very good program for SLU to play and beat.  Then again: if the conferences can have more or fewer teams than the number in their names, then I guess "Power 5" can refer to six or seven conferences, too!

You don't think Butler is better than "mid level"?
