Last year, the full nonconference schedule was released on August 9th.

The full schedule including A10 games was released on September 6th.

We must still be trying to iron out one or two dates; other A10 schools have been rolling out their nonconference slates.

I posted this on the Coach’s show thread but Ford said the schedule is complete, but then said he is still working on the exhibitions.

Thanks, missed that.

I think SIUC is Dec. 5th.

That would be in line with last year's date.

Where are you seeing the SIUC game date? Their official website doesn't have any 2018-2019 dates listed yet.

I just went though all of our opponents site's, only siu has SLU's date

Weird. I was just there yesterday and could only see 2017-2018 dates. And it looks like I was there an hour or two early, because the non-conference schedule was released yesterday. Anyway, updated:

Not worrying about RPI/NET/whatever, i like that our toughest A-10 away game (not counting the 5 home and home teams) is against VCU, while playing 3 of the better league teams (DAV/GMU/UMASS) at home.

Rhody and St. Joe's will be tough road games, too, and arguably tougher than VCU.

We should be able to handle the rest, even with Duquesne's new roster, but you can never overlook a conference road game.

The non-conference schedule is really solid. I like it.

SIU has a pretty good OOC schedule this season.  Kentucky, Buffalo twice, Murray St., an improved UMass, us and either Neveda or Tulsa.  Much better than what they had last season.  You would think that would help their NET and in return help ours slightly.
