It forced Vliet to play inside, which cut down on her offense. What really killed them is three bad years of recruiting. They had one decent player and one adequate backup total in the Freshman, Sophomore and Junior classes. Hopefully the incoming class lives up to its hype. WBBills up 68 - 65 w 16 ticks on the clock. Hopefully they can hang on to win. Gits has 15 rebounds so she is now the single season rebound leader in WBB history. I don't want to get hopes up too high, but it would be quite an appropriate finish to Kemph's career if she led the WBBills to their first NCAA appearance. Sagarin ratings for remaining teams (thru 3/2): GW - 99 SLU - 112 St. Joes - 124 Dayton was 56, so the road to the championship just got a lot easier, but SLU would still be an underdog if they make the final.
