You have to replace your top recruiter with a comparable person.
willie
It rewards lower staff for hard work. It saves money which can be spread to the rest of the staff. It makes you younger. Maybe nepotism. Hell for all I know he's going to hire Rick Pitino.

Roderick Johnson, Jalen’s dad played at UWM (U Wisconsin Milwaukee) before transferring to SEMO. .....Jalen, 2020 top 5 Duke commit, plays summer ball with Patrick Baldwin Jr. for Phenom. .Patrick Baldwin Jr. is the number 1 national player in the 2021 class (6’8 small forward) ...who’s dad Pat Baldwin is current UWM head coach, former Missouri St. assistant, played at Northwestern. .....Jr. plays high school ball at Sussex Hamilton in West suburban Milwaukee. Yes, that is the team that is facing CBC in the Highland Shootout. .....So you get a top 5 national recruit in 2020 class headed to Duke, Jalen Johnson vs Vashon. .....And, you get the top national player in 2021 playing CBC, also in the shootout. .....lots of local targets for SLU playing. There are several other good high level out of town players playing as well. DJ Steward from Chicago Whitney Young is a top 25 player in his class as well. 6’3 combo guard. ...and so on... Billikenbooster
I agree. My point is we will need to be successful for a few years before we get a ‘reputation’ of a program the better recruits will want to visit mhg
