BigMouthBilliken
But Dayton in in the A10. They've never been through the meat grinder...
MusicCityBilliken
This is kind of like last year with LaSalle making it to the sweet 16. You would thought one of the A10 big 4 of this year, UMASS, Saint Joe's, VCU or us would be in this position but no its Dayton. Good luck Dayton, take it to the elite 8. BigMouthBilliken
Gotta respect the 35-0 run but sad to say it ended in the same result as SLU and many others: a loss in the round of

You started in varsity basketball, baseball, and you are 6'4". But you are not a lawyer. Read what I wrote. I did not say "ALL" Duke haters. I qualified it with 80%, 80%, etc. So you are not in that category. Hell, you do not fit in ANY category so far as I know... you are a good poster and unique. Keep up the good work. majerus mojo
The A10 sends 1 team to the Sweet 16 (Dayton), and Virginia, who tips later vs. Memphis, is the ACC's final hope to do the same.

MB73
The Big East is officially mid major in my book. Some surprises, as usual. Who would think "Dayton"? (4) Big East "F": 0 in Sweet 16 (6) ACC "D-": 1 (6) A-10 "D": 1 (7) Big 12 "C-" 2 (6) Big 10 "B" 3 (4) AAC "B" 2 (5) Pac 12 "A-" 3 (assume AZ hangs on for win) (3) SEC "A+": 3 Debatable, I know... thetorch
SEC will get 5 or 6 bids next season because 3 of their teams made it to the Sweet 16 and their league was perceived, rightfully so, as weak. Tennessee has been underrated all season, UK and Florida have elite talent. There isn't anything remotely resembling a good team in the rest of that league.
