I understand grabbing when entering, that should have been better controlled by the Chaifetz staff. But taking from the seats that spectators left when leaving after the game, I don't see anything wrong with that. Probably would have been thrown out by the clean-up crew. If you are just going to leave it behind then why even take one when you are going in? I'm guessing he was a lot more aggressive about it than I would have been and probably went around the whole arena.
