waldo027
He can come home to St. Louis, AND play basketball for the University of Missouri. http://www.umsltritons.com/
Billboy1
If he goes to MU do you think there was any tampering before the release.

kshoe
Kim English @Englishscope24 24m Cameron Biedschield…… Come home…. #Mizzou Hey dumbshit, hes from St. Louis. Kimmy should learn to spell his name too.

billikenfan05
Cam deserves to play for a real COACH.
slufan13
Not sure why Biedscheid would want to leave a school that is one and done every year for another school that is a one and done every year.
gobillsgo
Confirmed (in case there was doubt): Kim English is a tool, and an uneducated one at that. Also, he has a girl's first name.
RUBillsFan
Not sure why Biedscheid would want to leave a school that is one and done every year for another school that is a one and done every year. Also wouldn't make sense for him to leave one overrated football school that always loses in big games for another overrated football school that always loses in big games. He'd probably want to go to a basketball school instead.
RUBillsFan
I wonder whether being a Catholic institution is another advantage for SLU. Cam went to Cardinal Ritter (Catholic) and then to Notre Dame (Catholic). Perhaps he and his family value a Catholic education.
RiseAndGrind
Biedscheid's dad mentioned that Notre dame prohibited certain schools from contacting cam.
RiseOfTheBillikens
I hope CB sees Calbert as a mentor for his track to the NBA. I believe they were both similar size and players. I actually played against CB in high school, and he is a very good competitor and respected his opponents for the most part. Averaged like 35 against us but he was obviously the best player on the court at all times. He got his shots up lets put it that way. haha

kshoe
Interesting... Maybe. Could just be the standard in-conference (i.e. ACC) schools that transfers aren't allowed to talk to.
brianstl
Kimmy should learn to spell his name too. So does Goodman.
JettFlight5
Maybe. Could just be the standard in-conference (i.e. ACC) schools that transfers aren't allowed to talk to. As well as the standard "schools who tamper with other schools' players".
Westy03
Nate Latsch @NateLatsch 6m @BigGameGoat05 @JoelrlHall I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at Mizzou. SLU was the first school to offer. I think Mizzou was next. @BigGameGoat05 @JoelrlHall Biedscheid could have bigger impact at SLU, but he probably looks at the success transfers have had at Mizzou. gobillsgo
Can they block specific schools, or just conferences/states?

AlumniFan
Outside of Hughes, no one player has ever been that critical to SLU. If this kid comes to SLU, that is great. If he does not, that's fine too. It seems logical to me that his decision to come to SLU would result in a much bigger impact on HIS life than on SLU's basketball results. willie
I agree ,but at some point we need to sign or get a higher profile local recruit. That will make the next one easier.
thetorch
Anyone they want. Even if a school was blocked he can still go there. Just cannot recieve a scholarship till he is eligible to play.
JohnnyJumpUp
If this kid comes to SLU, that is great. If he does not, that's fine too. It seems logical to me that his decision to come to SLU would result in a much bigger impact on HIS life than on SLU's basketball results. This is obvious but what you left out was, it is also logical that a healthy/focused Biedscheid would improve the Billiken basketball team. Which should also be obvious... brianstl
I am not sure how seriously to take some of the stuff in this article. If I recall correctly, Rickma really liked Cam. Thought he was outstanding, but Cam made it clear that he wasn't interested. I, also, don't think anyone is left on the staff from the time of his recruitment. http://m.southbendtribune.com/sports/college/notredame/mensbasketball/notre-dame-basketball-future-in-doubt-for-biedscheid/article_002c4732-6ea2-11e3-a0e5-0019bb30f31a.html?mode=jqm
