PREGAME PARTIES:

Saint Louis men's basketball fans can still sign up for the Billiken Club Bus Trip to Carbondale, Ill., Saturday for SLU’s game against Southern Illinois.

The cost is $50 and includes transportation, snacks and beverages on the bus, a pre-game reception at Pinch Penny Pub in Carbondale and a ticket for the Billikens-Salukis game at SIU Arena. The bus will depart from the Fred Weber Parking Lot at Chaifetz Arena Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Please arrive no later than 2:15 p.m. You may leave your car in the parking lot for the day. The bus will return to the Weber Lot immediately following the game.

TV: Saturday’s game is one of three Billiken games this season that will not be televised, though it will be streamed online, for a fee, through SIU’s website. Rumor has it that it will be streaming online for free too.

Radio: Per SLUBillikens, the radio broadcast will air on 101 ESPN (101.1 FM and 101Sports.com). As always, Billiken Hall of Famer Bob Ramsey will provide the play-by-play, while St. Louis American Sports Editor Earl Austin Jr. handles the analysis.

Supposedly SIU will be streaming for free. One of only three remaining non-televised games.

:blink: pretty sure it's for a fee according to both SLUBillikens and SIU website. However, I'm 99.98 percent there will be a free stream available. The only downside is it won't be released until 30 minutes before game time.

You're correct, my mistake.

If we were in the Big East, we'd be on TV, no questions asked. That's why getting into that conference IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING and NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. :rolleyes:

Thanks! I just spoke with a website admin over at 101sports, and they just promised me that they will be indeed streaming the game for a radio feed. :) I just asked them if they could turn in on, so we can catch the pregame.

Not hearing the pre-game 101 stream.Hope they're going to turn it on for the game.
