jbizzle09
Would it hurt to say his height and weight and where he plays, etc? He looks like he has some potential. (good sideways video, Ace. By the way, anyone can dunk uncontested, the true studs slam through a crowd) Rivals has him at 6'9" and 195, but I have heard that he is now 6'10" and added a little bit of weight. So, he'd probably be 6'8" once RM measures him. He is from Wisconsin and plays at Berlin High School as well as for an AAU team called the Wisonsin Playmakers. Cowboy
-hopefully not lost in this thread, will there be an aau tourney in stl this summer? last summer there was one in afton, perhaps this kid would be playing if there is one
cheeseman
Saw a listing of him at 6'9" and 200lbs. Whatever his actual stats are he has to bulk up. By the way he does not have to jump out of the building - just take up space in the paint.

All the games are at Lindenwood and there will be a few St. Louis AAU teams playing. It looks like most of the teams are from the midwest, so it won't be as big as the AAU tourney last Summer. Clock_Tower
We have offered this kid btw. I presume this kid just finished his Junior year in high school? If so, he could be part of the incoming class that will replace KM, CE and CR? Any other offers made??

SpartanBilliken
Don't know if this has been posted anywhere else yet, but per ESPN, SLU is looking at a kid named Anthony Pate from NY for 2014. Shooting Guard. http://insider.espn.go.com/college-sports/basketball/recruiting/player/evaluation/_/id/142074/anthony-pate

Maybe if this kid can rebound a little we can bulk him up to play the

We've been asking for this type ever since AB left and he's never arrived at SLU. Besides, CE's 6' 8" 230, but will never be that quick athletic big guy. slufanskip
I thought the bulk him up and turn him into a 4 statement made it obvious, though if he gets 6 boards in a game twice in a row ot double digits once. I predict someone would suggest we bulk him up and make him a

Besides, CE's 6' 8" 230, but will never be that quick athletic big guy. I actually don't care all that much about that guy. The good ones don't seem to want to come to SLU, their size and skill draw bigger higher profile schools to them and SLU isn't what they are looking for and the guys with the bodies but not quite the skill for the big schools don't develop very often. If we get one, of course it'd be good, but I'm also good with the RL's and CE's of the world that can stretch the D and do harm in a different way. For instance having RL on the floor with Conk allowed Brian to do things he couldn't have done had the middle been clogged up with an extra defender. There is more than one way to get it done
