I was surprised by your statement so I went to the Marist website. You are probably right, nowhere did I find the the word catholic. My first job soon after I graduated back in the mid-70's was near Poughkeepsie and I had an apartment not far from Marist. I recall going to Mass at Marist campus chapel back then.
