willie Posted March 3, 2004 Share Posted March 3, 2004 This is a sad night. This will probably be the last game Louisville will play the Bills in St Louis. We have been playing each other for over 50 years and even in those years when we weren't competitive it was always fun to play the Cardinals. When the Bills and Cards separated from the Metro and before they were reunited in C-USA, they did not play each other during that interim. Billiken Law Posted March 4, 2004 Share Posted March 4, 2004 Considering both are headed to conferences that are contemplating 18 game schedules you may be right this is the last time the 2 will play for a long time. Plus, UL will be contractually obligated to play a couple remaining CUSA teams over the next few years further reducing the number of non-conference games they can schedule.
