Luke Walsh has been going to Billiken games with his Father Kevin since he was a little kid. I could see Walsh landing here. Eddie, Walsh, and Symon Ghai all have potential off that Vianney team.

Agreed. Never understood all the hate he got on the board this year. He's had his fair share of mental lapses no doubt but he's a freshman. He's also had games he looks great. He's about the only guy on our team that plays decent man to man and goes over screens. For being 5'10 he gets his fair share of rebounds as well.

That beating Maryland put on us was brutal to watch, they had good fans though. That Providence game was electric, there's something to be said about being 1 of maybe 100ish Billiken fans in a sea of fans from the opposing team and getting the win.

Just some background, the game I watched on Cian, he played against Carlos Boozers son, Cameron Boozer who is the #1 recruit in the nation per 24/7 Sports. It was high school ball but it was high level, still no guarantee of a good transition to college but...

I don't know if anyone watched that Highschool Final 4 that Cian played in, but I was quite impressed with his game all around, pushed the ball up the floor quick, good handles, range - 15 footers to deep 3 balls, and driving ability (quick first step - the college tree tops may take an adjustment period.) I wouldn't be surprised if he sees some decent minutes this year.

The sample size on this NIL stuff is very limited... and I could be way off, but at this rate it looks like we will just be paying for the same caliber of kids we were already getting prior to NIL. I hope I'm wrong.
