I was thinking about this today. Let's say we win at their place (tall task I know), and they end up playing well down the stretch and end as ~70 NET. 1Q win and a 2Q loss. Probably better or comparable to a 2Q win and a 3Q win. We need 1Q wins more than we need to avoid 2Q losses. Of course, if we could go back we'd love to win last nights game, but all hope is not lost.

The Drake game in Vegas - five days is too far ahead to think about, considering what we are seeing today.
I've reached 2020 levels of anxiety on games getting cancelled. So I did a little digging. The flight departed the Auburn (KAUO) airport a few minutes ago, heading to downtown STL. A good sign

Looks like the flight did jump to $130(still not bad) the return flight is listed on the 23rd since it leaves at 12:17AM. Outbound flight is the 5:25pm direct flight on the 21st

Anyone else heading to Vegas for the Drake game? I’ll be there, along with a few others.
For consideration: $78 STL-LAS round-trip flights are available, arriving 21st, red-eye back on the night of the 22nd leaving at midnight. (Full disclosure, it’s Frontier)

The tournament was at Old Hickory Golf Club (St. Peters), where I happen to play golf. Unfortunately it was not advertised much ahead of time. As a member we were only told the course was closed for a tournament that had to be re-scheduled due to COVID.

Each of the past three years has had a game like this. For me, there's always one really painful loss; call it devastating. Last night was it for 2021, a combination of what happened with Dayton last year and the anticipation after such a wait.
I have no doubt that we'll turn it around and this season will continue to be a success; but that doesn't make the loss suck any less. Time to move on and win our next few games.
For me, the 2018-2019 loss to The Dukes to end a 5 game(maybe 4?) winning streak in conference was more painful. Not sure why.

Thoughts on the new white uniforms? I found them really slick. Blue accents on the shorts looked really sharp. My new favorite, tied with the black.

If the Bills go 3-0 in the next 3, top 20 ranking is expected.... However, if we go 2-1, what do we think? Do we slide in the 20-25 range, or do we fail to breakout of the notables (receiving votes)?
