We all know 2018 was not the kindest but there is significant upside to this year in conference and a great start to next year. Players will get it together in conference if Ford’s past 2 seasons are an indiciation. Minus shooting Isabell has had better and better games. KC will be more of a impact with more experience and a healthy Wiley can make an impact. Goodwin will fund his groove and Thatch will make his statement. Post March, we are losing one of my favorite and most respectable players SLU has ever had with Bess. To try to fill his role is Hargrove and Perkins who have massive upsides. Wiley is replaced by Jimmerson and Isabell is replaced by Collins, a true pg. Still waiting on a Forward replacement but you’re a fool to think Ford can’t pull one out sooner or later, he always does. The future is bright with Ford. The goal this year is the A10 and the tournament and then repeat and make a statement next year

Gordon is an isolated issue and players all hated him. Remember when his teammate Ramey refused to be on his team for college. Yes Ramey had other things going on but they were very loud about not playing with Gordon

I have zero apologies to CG. What he did was selfish. Doubt he even showed up to the game today or is watching it back home

Everything I said was echoed in Ben Fred’s piece. You are all so far removed from the program. I still have my connections in athletics and I kept most of the stuff he did on the down low all season. The kid is trash and the main reason we had chemistry issues. 05 thinks all season it was Isabell and Goodwin but it was the team vs Gordon. If you’re wondering why we had passing problems in the paint to him that’s why. If you wanna count how many MAJOR problems he had look at all the times he randomly didn’t start and multiply it by about 3.
