You might want to start supporting another team after losing to a team with no real basketball skills, again, this time at home. You wanna talk about inconsistency, look at your own team. Couldn't even beat a young Dayton, the youngest team in D1. Tell me, how fun was it to watch when they went up 57-42 on your scrub ass team in a blink? They looked the way they looked against Kansas.
You have no counter to that.
We'll see what you'll say if we're so fortunate to hang with a team full of real basketball skills (white shooters) in Davidson.

It took me four minutes to type that post. Since I doubt you can do math, 24 hours/1440 minutes - 4 = 1436 remaining minutes in my day. Also, I typed that post while at work. You should try to learn how to do more than one thing at the same time, it smartens your peanut brain up.

Hats off to them. Notice I never said a word about them on here, but we'll get them in March. And yet SLU will still lose to us.

VCU only took 7 more shots than SLU against Dayton, and made the same amount. Most of the missed 3s were contested and late in the shot clock (since Dayton actually plays defense, like the majority of teams on VCU's OOC schedule this season, unlike SLU's). By the way, you said Ace Baldwin never hit a 3 before the game winner. He actually hit two 3's in a row, but that hurts your narrative, so you changed the story. VCU hit most of their open shots that game. If they had Jayden Nunn and Levi Stockard for that game, two starters, they likely win pretty easily.
The only reason Ace and Vince average over 10 ppg is because of VCU's deep bench and literally anyone contributing in spurts at any given time, so of course the starters aren't going to take a ton of shots like other teams do. But I can only imagine how many points Jamir Watkins would be averaging, barring the torn ACL on the first day of practice. He'd be their best player. VCU is likely undefeated and ranked top 10 in the nation at this point if they had him and Ace all season. It was a 4 point game with 14 seconds left against Baylor without Ace.
Yuri has been doing a fine job turning it over the last few games. VCU @ SLU will be super fun for Ace and Jayden Nunn, whether the refs are loose or not.

@hmart23because it's a free country and I can walk and chew gum at the same time. And the yearly hate here by the same certain posters is mind-boggling. It's normal to see it on the UR board, sometimes Davidson's but not the other teams'. This is the only board besides VCU's that I've posted on. Get over it.

By the way, VCU as a team has been shooting nearly 50% over the 7 games since Ace's return. Also, Ace was 3-4 from 3 tonight, after transfer bust Tsohonis was 5-6 from 3 on Saturday.
Still can't shoot, though.

You couldn't be more wrong about everything you said! SMH. But especially basketball, that's why you resort to insults constantly instead of talking straight up basketball. Just one of many reasons they call you a d.ick on the VCU board. I know SLU have been choke artists for years now, but there's nothing wrong with being extra proud of your team/school. I know it's hard for you, though, watching your overrated team choke each year.

Yeah I was wrong two seasons ago, doesn't matter. I wasn't wrong more recently and won't be this season. You had Goodwin and Perkins last season. Still lost to a Bones-less VCU with a bunch of freshmen and no real basketball skills.
Taj knows nothing about basketball, especially about defense, but compared to the other posters here besides the Wiz, I see why you say he does.
Marcus Tsohonis today: 17 points in 13 minutes, 5/6 from three. No real basketball skills. Transfer bust. Let's ignore the fact he's had a nagging groin injury.

I look forward to your excuses when our KenPom #3 defense in the nation holds SLU to 2-15 from 3. Apparently you guys forgot what defense is, but the best SLU teams had that identity.
We had two starters out last night, both can score in multiple ways. Still won. I'll take it.
