I was wondering a couple weeks ago if the fact that this is an old team might have been a disadvantage. That is, they didn't empty the tank in games because they knew from experience that the season is long and it all comes down to Brooklyn anyway. I'm not saying I think that was a good way to approach the season, but it give me hope that they're all reaching deep at the same time now.
