  1. Maybe he's waiting for his grandma to close on a house in the STL area.
  2. To this MBM who never played the game, defense seems even more team dependent than offense. The Legend could take over games single-handedly, but a defensive stopper on a weak defensive team could be worked around by an opponent with a few good offensive options. Not saying that describes Dalger, just saying.
  3. Let's get the point guard from that team as well.
  4. We are very proud to share an extremely important news with you. The young representative of Serbia and our valuable basketball player Đorđe V. Ćurčić will join American college basketball! Djordje recently reached an agreement with the prestigious Saint Louis University, where he will wear the jersey of this renowned team for the next four years. This decision is the result of a long-considered plan and Đorđe, together with his family, decided to combine his education with the continuation of his career in basketball. We believe this is the best solution for him and will provide him with incredible opportunities to grow and prosper. Our Mozartian family sincerely wishes him all the luck and success on this new path. This collaboration with St. Louis University is an exceptional opportunity for him to make great strides in his basketball career. The fighter will always be there for him and the doors of the club will be wide open for him. It is interesting to note that the St. Louis Billikens compete in the Atlantic 10 Conference, which they have won seven times so far. This team has also reached the finals of the NCAA Championship ten times, and the last time they were in that competition was in 2019. The team has as many as 17 NBA basketball players who have passed through their ranks. Dear Đorđe, we congratulate you on this great opportunity and we believe that you will give your best on the field. Take with you everything you learned and the experience you gained in Borac. Be brave, persevere and never forget the part of us that will always be with you. May luck and success follow your steps through American college basketball. We are all rooting for you, George!
  5. According to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports, Bob Huggins has informed the men's basketball team at West Virginia that he will not be coaching next season and has resigned. Huggins was arrested on a DUI charge Friday evening in Pittsburgh. His https://www.si.com/college/westvirginia/basketball/bob-huggins-resigns-as-west-virginia-head-coach
  6. Maybe by day 'Dre is an activities coordinator at a senior living community. Or he could be.
  7. Another Californian, so we know he’s not French. Also because he’s 58% on FTs. Welcome, Mr. E!
  8. Now it makes sense why Dr. C put his name on the business school too.
  9. I believe he was born in California. I'll show myself out.
  10. He looks very tall. But seriously, why would they not include his name, just his @? Or is that too old fashioned?
  11. But what are his thoughts about Dayton?
  12. Gibby's return should help with Parker's continued development also since GJ will continue to be the primary focus of opposing defenses.
  13. Because, silly, Caleb probably only checks billikens.com a few times a day and he might have missed it if it was buried in that thread.
  14. I was curious about what Hasahn French is doing now and found that he appears to be playing for the Newcastle Eagles in the U.K. https://www.eurobasket.com/United-Kingdom/news/798662/British-BBL-round-21-best-performance:-Hasahn-French
  15. I was thinking the same way. The old “we have agreed it’s time to part ways” line might be used and actually be true.
  16. “Anderson’s FDU roster this season was a hodgepodge group consisting of four players from his Division II Aquinas team, three junior college recruits, three freshmen and one walk-on, Brayden Reynolds.”
  17. I don’t start many threads, but since next year’s men’s basketball team will be close to a complete makeover, and this year’s team appeared to outsider MBMs to at times have some cultural (not necessarily chemistry) issues, I thought that for something positive and forward looking, the board might like to apply our vast expertise and deep experience to come up with suggestions for a new identity to replace the bland, generic Team Blue (or was it Code Blue this year?). I’ll start with a few ideas. Blue Fire Bills Tough Solid Blue (or Blue Solid)
