Been a season ticket holder 23 of the last 24 years. I will be cancelling if he’s retained. Absolutely painful thing to do. Can’t believe I’m typing this, but for the first time in my life I am actively rooting against my beloved Billikens. Need Ford gone that bad. I felt like a traitor in the UMass game; will be repeating tonight and forward until change is made.

Haven’t been able to watch, so I don’t know if he’s on the bench or there in street clothes, but with 10 minutes left, Gordon hasn’t played in their first round game. They have a good lead, so looks like they’ll advance to play tomorrow.

I had hoped this time it would be different. He seemed to be at home with Grambling. He’s the second leading scorer on a good team. I was hoping he found the right place and matured over time. I cannot imagine thinking that anything good could come out of going into a residence with a gun (wether he had it or not) and assaulting people. I was really rooting for a redemption story for him.

I hate to post this, but Carte’are got himself in some more trouble. I was wondering why he wasn’t in the lineup the last few games for Grambling. He and three football players ‘invaded’ a residence hall and beat two people with a pistol over some money dispute. I couldn’t find anything about him being suspended. Curious to see what will come if this. I play tennis weekly - even during the winter if it's not TOO cold. We usually play starting at 7 or 8 until the lights go off between 10-11. Losing the Carondalet courts to pickleball killed our ability to play there; so we moved to Sublet. Another buddy plays pickleball so I got a set and went with him to Carondalet one night. It was insane. You can't just show up and play your buddy, or take a court. All the courts are filled with people rotating against each other. It was fun, but I still prefer tennis, and personally don't like losing courts (especially ones with lights). AB Green has two tennis courts with rollaway pickleball nets. That seems to be a good option; because then it's first come first serve - no pun intended.

I bought a Yuri Cameo a few months ago for a buddy's 40th birthday. Yuri did a great job on it. He didn't 'mail it in.' So if a Cameo is your thing, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I wouldn't call him a 'SLU Hater' but I get how you'd get that vibe. He's definitely a Mizzou first 100% guy. I've had conversations with him over the past few years, and he's definitely hoping for SLU to succeed....but would prefer it be a 'lower success' than Mizzou.

If Larry tweeted it, you can trust it. I've known Larry personally for 19 years. Yeah, big Mizzou guy, but roots locally too. He worked at KSDK Sports for over 15 years. That said, I don't know if he's referring to LHJ, or someone else.

The really unfortunate thing is that we came THIS close to hosting next weekend. We were in the stands following the Duke/UCLA game that ended right as our game started. UCLA was up 1-0 virtually the whole game. Had they held on, we would've hosted UCLA next weekend. #7 Duke scored in the 87th and 89th minutes to win 2-1. So we travel to Duke next weekend. I think we could've broken todays attendance weekend again next week (weather pending). Worth noting, if we can get past Duke, and if (BIG IF) Washington loses tonight or next week, we could host the elite 8 game with a trip to the final 4 on the line. A lot has to happen, but fingers crossed.
