Oh, I agree it was long, and I was particularly impressed that he was able to incorporate the word omnipresent in his description of Ford…and for that I will give him an A+, unfortunately for originality and content it brings his mark down to a solid F… ok, a D-…..

Ok, here’s a question for you, what would you tell a potential recruit or transfer who is considering playing for SLU and Travis Ford next season? Looking forward to the answer from our “fans”.

Think about it, what would your reaction be if Ford had of been fired, and the same handful of people continually complained about wanting him back? Would it make sense, would it have been worthwhile? Ford is the coach next year, so again, what the hell is your point!!! Are you just trying to do your part to help tank the program? If so, you’re not a fan, and you should just get your sorry asses out of here until we get another coach.

Explain how non stop criticism can help the program? You can’t, in fact it can do nothing but harm… do you think it helps with recruiting? Does it help with attendance? Does it help with fund raising? Does it help with the overall image of the school or program? Ford is the coach for the next year, a fan would accept it whether they like it or not and work to help or improve the program.

When are you going to stop? You’re not a fan, you’re a hater. What do you think you are accomplishing?

I think you need a break. Let me help with your offense question, the best way to judge it, is to measure its performance. This is done by scoring efficiency . If you’re scoring well, then it must not be near as bad as some are saying. I’m sorry I overloaded your mental capacity by bringing up defense as well…

true, but they were not stars and in fact were bench players at those schools...there are few if any starters at P6 schools transferring to lower level places..

That’s true, sort of puts a coach under fire, in a predicament about what is better… that said, I think Vice is going to be big time..

You’re missing the point, as usual, the players leave when the coach goes, unfortunately being a mid major, top P6 players are not likely to transfer down to a lower level when a new coach is brought in. The system is most advantageous when a mid major coach is moving up, as in the case of English. I agree with you it is highly unlikely Ford would be moving to a P6 school.
