I think we're all praying that Tommie passes the ACT with flying colors. I also think Liddell and Polk will end up being quite the steals for us and other schools will be wondering what they were thinking by not recruiting them harder. SLU could definitely be a sleeper in C-USA this year. In fact, it seems like we are every year. I guarantee we'll finish better than the pre-season picks say (8th). I never said we WOULD beat GA Tech, I said I thought we COULD beat them. I don't think that's being too overly optimistic either. It seems that anyone can be beat by anyone this year. There's no team that doesn't have some sort of weakness and I think we can/will stay in this game. I think I would have to say Grimes. I know Jimmy is very good, but it seems that good guards are a dime a dozen and we'll have plenty by next year. Inside play is our "achilles heal" right now and I think with some solid inside play we could be a VERY good team that no one wants to play and make some noise in the "big dance".
