  1. I wasn't the one with multiple identities. You're still confusing me with all of the Art Long people on that board. I kind of had a feeling it wouldn't be hard to scare you up. That was kind of the point of this thing.
  2. There were some who thought Edwin couldn't play, even though he averaged around 10 pts/game. It's good to see him doing well.
  3. As I recall, there have been several people on the board over the past few years who insist on kissing the rear end of Jax even as he tries to rub their noses in it. For those of you who are newcomers, Jax is the guy who got somebdoy fired for arguing with him on the message borad. Jax emailed the webmaster at the guy's work and got him fired. Even after that, some folks on here still love the guy.
  4. The RFT article on Liddell says that he hasn't qualified. It also indicated that he's only taken the ACT once. I can't believe that some coach/advisor/techer/family member has gotten him to take the test again.
  5. Sorry, Lutz was absolutely yelling at the crowd. I sit behind the visitor's bench. Not to mention the fact that he was celebrating a banked-in 16-footer as if it got all net.
  6. The best part of the game was watching Little Bobby turn towards the crowd and pump his fist, yelling "Yeah!!!" when UNC banked in the 16-footer to take an 8-point lead. The only reason SLU won the game was poetic justice for Little Bobby acting like an arse.
  7. I've heard rumors Rusty likes get in the way and cna be a problem.
  8. The kid can score, but some games he only takes 2 or 3 shots. They need him to be more involed.
  9. and that was before the TCU game.
  10. Sloan played 25 minutes and scored 2 points. He only took 2 shots. Varner played 25 minutes and scored 0 points. I don't know what Brad is doing with guys like this. Sloan had 4 assists, but he needs to be shooting if he's on the floor. For a guy who has had a few big games over the years (Especially againt Louisville last year) he certainly lacks confidence. I can't really say any more about Varner than what's been mentioned in the other thread. How about a youth movement?
  11. Will the potential shift in conferences delay or kill plans for a new arena? If SLU gets passed over, will there still be interest if they're in a lower-level conference?
  12. IMO keeping these three schools together would be nice but certainly won't be the driving factor. $$$ will decide things, just like when Biondi sold the hospital. Archbishop who? Pope John Paul II who?
