Steven Rogers received two dissertation awards at the recent American Political Science Association annual meeting. Steve was a co-recipient of the State Politics Section Christopher Mooney Award for best dissertation in state politics and the winner of the William Anderson Award for best dissertation in the field of federalism or intergovernmental relations, state and local politics.
