ST. LOUIS – Four Saint Louis University student-athletes have been named National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American Athlete Award recipients.
Mike Crawford (men’s basketball), Lindsay Friedman (softball), Danny Murphy (baseball) and Jamesia Price (women’s basketball) earned the award in recognition of their athletic accomplishments and their dedication to strength and conditioning.
Crawford, a junior business administration major, scored 7.3 ppg for the Billikens and led all SLU guards with a 46.4-percent shooting mark from the field. He reached double figures 10 times, including a career-high 19 points in a win against Texas Pan-American and a team-high 16 points in the Atlantic 10 Conference tournament game against Duquesne. Crawford was named to the A-10 All-Academic team.
“Mike’s strong work ethic will prove to be a catalyst for success in many areas of the SLU men’s basketball program,” Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance Erick Schork said. “Mike is a ‘lead by example’ teammate and sets the tone for everyone to follow. These attributes will undoubtedly lead to much success in the future.”

Why assume that? A Conklin summer is about more than just physical growth. Also, didn't Kwamain Mitchell receive similar honors a few years back, whereas Conklin never did?

OK calm down Sheldon - you do understand a joke . By the the reference about Sheldon is from the Big Bang Theory in case you miss that one also.
