Recruit (1/7)

  1. Maybe not just a coincidence? http://law.slu.edu/people/robert-gatter
  2. Is anyone savvy enough with a graphics program to take the Arch out of the Watson graphic and replace it with a picture of a Columbia, MO, Wal-Mart strip mall?
  3. Inolla, I was in Puerto Rico (where my fiancée is from) a couple weeks ago and attended one of Quebradillas' semifinal games against Guayama, who features Renaldo Balkman. It was a great atmosphere in Quebradillas and Lisch played very well...his defense was noticeably better than anyone else's on the floor and he hit some big shots. I wanted to say hello to him after the game, but players quickly left the floor after some post-game brawling.
  4. Lisch's team in Puerto Rico actually plays Ruben Cotto's team tomorrow (Sunday).
  5. Searching around the internets about Lisch's Australian conquests, I found this article. Isn't that Cody's dad pictured presenting Kevin with the Gordon Ellis Award? http://www.perthnow.com.au/sport/2022-world-cup-bid/kevin-lisch-tops-great-season-by-claimimg-perth-wildcats-mvp/story-e6frg25u-1226347755912
  6. It appears Kevin O'Neill is available. Would he be a viable fit for our available position?? http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/8843050/kevin-oneill-usc-trojans-coach
  7. Just for fun, here are some potential future OOC opponents for home game games giving a STL player a homecoming: Notre Dame - Cameron Biedschied Kansas - Ben McLemore Illinois - Malcolm Hill Kansas State - DJ Johnson Arkansas - BJ Young Less attractively (sorry ABomb)... Auburn - Jordon Granger Any more?
  8. I just saw that Mike McCall's Foreman HS team is playing in this year's Normandy Christmas Tournament. Their first game is Tuesday afternoon. It would be cool if coach takes them to see one of their recent alums in action on Tuesday night at the Chaif.
  9. I actually thought Paul got the start last night because it was "Washington, MO, Night" but I could be wrong. I think I saw it posted on the jumbotron before the game.
  10. Will we be allowed in the student section with a ticket from another section? I have season tickets on the other side of the Chaif, but wouldn't mind standing in there tomorrow night...I'd rather spend the $10 on cold bevvies when I already have a ticket.
  11. The fans of Taylor University, a NAIA school in Indiana, have a very unique tradition with their annual "Silent Night" game. This video is pretty awesome...wish SLU had a student tradition like this.
  12. They performed at halftime during one of last year's games. It's a "dance crew" with a mix of males/females...kind of a mix of break dancing and choreography.
  13. I'm honored SShoe...I'm sure you'd be surprised to learn there was never a trademark in place, so the name is fair game.
