OT: NIT vs. March Madness

I just don't equate STL with Jeffco. You have STL in your handle, yet it says you're from Jeffco. Shouldn't it be BrianIMP, or BrianDSTO, or BrianHS, or BrianHLBRO?

I lived in Soulard when I registered for the the board. Since I haven't been banned multiple times, I haven't had to change my handle since I joined.

good for you SLU 13, but the question was for Dwayne's World. As for the "hundreds of millions of people who fill out a bracket" (of which I'm not), I think that is more outrageous than anything I wrote on this board. If you've only been out of school for less than a year, I would think you would like to know a little history that goes beyond your frontal lobe.

Why would you want to ban someone who has an informative, alternative view? A question was asked, and I gave my opinion. A rebuttal was given, and I gave some instances which backed up my point. I would think you would want to learn something from this.

On the next thread, I'll just agree with what everyone else is discussing.

Really? Another F word. Fine post SLU13. Don't know what it means, but the attack is again bogus.

No SLU13 got out of hand.

Maybe a coincidence but the way these 2 used peoples handles interested me.

Also from Postcard a couple years ago

"You've repeated that line so often but don't stick to it. I wish you would.

And we both know what you said about Bill05." in reference to 05

All 3 the same person?

You haven't been on here long enough to know that this is exactly what guys like Postcard did.

I fully agree with this Sulfan 13, I just do not have the experience to know about people like you describe. I may be misplacing my tolerance in this case, accept my apologies please.

Haha I remember that. He called me a chess player. That was the same time Jimbo told him to meet him at Humphreys. Jimbo was on a five day bender...and yes we socialized with Porter.

Forgive me for not being a veteran of this board, but who is Postie?

Tell Buffy I said hi.

anyone else notice how when sir boxington posts and uses the quote function (especially the multiquote function) that the original poster's name doesn't always show up on the quote? (i need to unblock him and take a screenshot of his posts so that he can't change it)

reminds me a lot of postcard back in the day.

same style of posting. and i've looked through a lot of old threads and it's not like it was a problem with the board around that time. i've seen many people in that same time frame use the multi quote function correctly.

mods. i can do this all day. please ban him and mudkat. this is getting old. i've pointed out 2 old things that postcard did/still does.

I actually noticed this myself. How do you ID the person? I really don't know. I use the quote icon above between the twitter and code icons.

+1 Nice work my young apprentice. The other dead giveaway is that the new alter-ego is going to games with imaginary friends again, just like postal used to do. He can give you the section number, but not row and seat. Agreed. Time to flush the troll again.

You guys are definitely sly. Are you cyberly giving each other a high five? Does someone have a birthday coming up? I know the perfect gifts.

I have also noticed that since I re-posted my original thought on the thread's question, that no one has taken me to task for it. It's just been constant barbs.

My guess is you originally only read the portion that you didn't agree with. Or you couldn't comprehend how the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs tied the first and last one together.

It looks like there were a ton of Mi$$ou trolls on this board back then...

I'm warning you all: OFF-TOPIC. This will be completely irrelevant because we won't have to deal with the NIT ever again. But, I was recently in an argument and the question was:

Would you rather win the NIT, or be knocked out in the first round of the NCAA tournament as a high seed?

Mods-Please lock this thread and ban this poster.

WADFQ- what a dumb question.
