Taj79
.. to Chaifetz next week. Losing to Alabama really bad. Dayton destroyed 'Bama earlier this year. And they lost to USC while at the Advocare Tournament as well as at Tulsa to open year. Tomorrow thye get either Iowa or Notre Dame. Van Vleet still out and now they lost starting forward Anton Grady to a serious injury late against 'Bama. Looks like we may have to wait until the A10 season to see/play a ranked opponent as Louisville not ranked right now either. Currently in AP Poll, GeeDubya is 27th, Louisville 31st, and Dayton 34th. In the Coaches Poll, Louisville is 27th, GeeDubya is 30th, Dayton 31st and Davidson 37th.
JMM28
Grady's injury wasn't deemed serious after he had an MRI. They said he'll be fine in a day or two.

JMM, who is "they" that said Grandy would be fine in a day or two? As far as I recall, this was a post from someone claiming he had talked to someone who had interviewed Grandy and that the injury was not significant. Maybe the same kind of wishful thinking is going on at Wichita St., who knows?
Billfan78
Grady had a spinal concussion. http://collegebasketball.nbcsports.com/2015/11/27/anton-grady-injured-in-no-20-wichita-states-loss-to-alabama/
Old guy
Sorry confused Grady with Grandy. A spinal concussion is not necessarily a minor injury, we will see.
