mechee89 Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 Wichita state lost again to Iowa. They went 0-3 in their tourney and clearly are a different team without van vleet. If he plays, I think we lose. If he sits I like our chances Definitely agree with this. They made a nice run there at the end, but that seemed to be more of an Iowa issue on both sides of the ball. ACE Posted December 4, 2015 Author Share Posted December 4, 2015 So, still nothing definitive on the status of Van Vleet. Seems like it might be a game time decision. With or without him, they will be very hungry for a win, as we should be following the Morehead debacle. Is this group capable of playing a good game like they did against VCU last year? And if they compete, can they close out a win against a team desperate for a win. If we pull off a win, I will put the pitchfork down for a bit.
