Not sure how many tickets were giveaways and how many were paid, doesn't really matter when you get 9,985 in the house and people are spending money and having a good time. The ladies are fun to watch, they shot 53% last night beyond the arc in the 2nd half (8-15) and forced 19 TOs. #ReSignLisaStone You could tell they all enjoy playing with each other and for their coach. Here is a little reminder what a full house at Chaifetz looks like.

Also, they started showing tweets on the video board with #Billikens, that should be fun today how many are shown if we play like we have been.

Jimmy Crews Destruction era (2014 to present) Home opener against SIU in 2014 was 10,015. Since then 29 home games, average attendance 6744.

Not that it matters but were some tickets handed out for free or was it all paid attendance? If it's the latter that's extremely impressive

I would guess nearly all were hand outs. They gave away 10's of thousands of tickets to that game. Put it this way, if someone showed up for every ticket handed out, it would have been one of the largest, if not the largest attendance for a sporting event in St. Louis history.
