  1. and the fact that he was >offered this job is quite an accomplishment for someone who >is not a former player. > >SLU isn't UNC, but it's not a complete dog and pony show, >either. actually it says that SLU is what you say it is not. Soderbust is losing it.
  2. perhaps, but if anything it shows just how big of a step down both schools took from CUSA to the A10.
  3. I'm sure the little tool has already rubbed down his "pops" and made him all better.
  4. >Stemler's academic abilities are unknown to this poster. >But perhaps someone needs to show him the US News and World >Report college rankings, in which SLU is rated ahead of >Marquette. And it is not as cold in St. Louis in the Winter >as it is in Milwaukee. > >As usual, SLU finds itself in the role of the matador, >fending away invading bulls (and sharks) from the home turf. You act like SLU is Harvard and Marquette is Mizzou. Not quite - 78 to 85. Yep, big difference. But if that is all a mid-major in a 1 bid conference has to go on when running with the big dogs then play it up.
  5. Missouri Valley - Conference RPI 6, 4 teams in the top 41 of the RPI Atlantic 10 - Conference RPI 9, 4 teams top 51, but highest is 39 each has 2 teams in the 200's, but both A10 teams a below the lowest MVC team. A10 is the MVC of the East Coast.
  6. that's a shame - now we're just another mediocre mid-major.
  7. for a jersey chaser you're doing a lot of work to get the players' attention. Pretty impressive.
  8. who cares what this dateless, sexless tool SLU isn't even whre he goes to school We know where this loser goes who he'll be pulling for should be known *WORD TO THE THIRD*
  9. didn't SLU shoot more free throws than Iowa last night? Besides, when do mid-majors get home cooking against programs from elite conferences? *WORD TO THE THIRD*
  10. "I'm 21 and can't get any" would be a good one.
