Recruit

Recruit (1/7)

  1. Agree and some big time programs in there this year. Minority here to. Seems most on here can over look any and everything.
  2. Does anyone realize that if you take away the last 2 seasons before this past season, (because Jim Crews was playing with Rick Majerus's players), that his win-loss coaching record the past 8 seasons is 70-161 (.303 win percentage)? And I'm being kind by not throwing in his coaching record while at Evansville previous to Army. Some might say I'm overreacting, some might say it's "only one season", but I promise you if he continues to coach our beloved Billikens you can kiss the NCAA tournament goodbye. He's ruining what Rick Majerus worked so hard to build at a university not known for basketball previous to his arrival. 11-21 overall and 3-15 in conference is unacceptable and as fans if we sit silent that's exactly what it will become...
  3. When its that bad you cant look at any statics there all bad, Its time to see the wizard behind the curtain.
  4. What I was saying if the rebounds are that bad you know the big guys are not getting enough time in the game. Rotation is not the problem a lack of offence and low field goal percentage is. Defense was pretty good but it took everything away from the offence. Problems are all across the board.
  5. You cant just say this is what a guy will rebound in 40 mins of play. Now a guy playing 15+mins a game you cant get a pretty good idea but the guys that are not its just not going to jive. With there record you really could not have done any worse. And at this point 11-24 record I would have found out with playing time not statistics. If your not playing them they have no chance of improving the numbers. And this team never did improve. Total over haul or more of the same?
  6. I would rather be a player with little playing time for this team. Because the ones who got time did not do squat with it. There just not a silver lining. With that record top 7 players have no more merit than the water boys. Couch has got a lot to explain!
  7. You see the average? Did you read the topic of the post? And You bet rebounding would have been alot better. You cant teach north of 6'5". I.U. had a 7 foot skinny white kid(Not very good) go up against Shack and lsu. If I remember right. These kids where recruited for height if they could get playing time on this team cut them!!!
  8. With there record you can make any case you want. And if your not playing them how the hell you know what they would have averaged. Guy 6'11" he could get 5 rebounds in 25 mins a game on accident.
  9. You didn't play your 3 biggest guys. I am not talking about guards. Majerus and its no secret is no longer there.
  10. Who on this club would have changed the rebound game? Let me guess let the 6 foot and under club hit the boards.
  11. Your going to get your shots blocked and out rebound all night long with a very small line up. I am I the only one who is that?
  12. Crazy! should be way over 80 if your playing to win.
  13. Your three big men combined averaging 7 points a game. Your thoughts and perhaps concerns?
  14. "We have some building blocks for the future" Your right with that record it can only improve. Those Freshman could be a 500 ball club in a couple years.
