TFord reception 4:30 PM Monday May 23, top of Hilton at Ballpark

I went. It was nice, but very informal. The Billiken crowd got mixed in with folks who were there getting drinks before the Cardinal game and Blues game.

Coach Ford was there with his family. He shook hands and had polite, short conversations with the folks that showed up. You could tell that he was more interested, quite understandably, that his family was in town to see him throw out the first pitch at the Cardinal game than in working the room. When I briefly spoke to him, he said that he family still had to go back to Oklahoma to finish things up before being able to rejoin him in a few weeks.

Coach Stone from the women's team was also there. Not sure as many people recognized her. I had a great conversation with her about the past season and the future of the program.

Forgot to mention that Chris May was there as well. He told to me that the program had been using 360 as a wine and dine location for recruits. Apparently, they have good relationship with the manager.

Good info!

this is a major recruiting violation! recruits should not be drinking wine on official visits as they are under age! !!!

I saw a picture of Travis Ford there and thought that would be a good place to take recruits and their families. Definitely one of the more impressive spots in St. Louis.

In our day, they used to take the recruits to the Outback next to the Esquire.

I did not think it was funny, I thought it was identity theft. Be careful Jimbo, it is a Federal offense when you live in another state.

I don't know Jimbo other than from his teachings, but I'm willing to bet that he definitely lives in another state.
