So many lackluster slu students that would rather sit in the dining hall and eat than just walk right outside to cheer. They just don't get it. But much thanks to everyone who came, it actually ended up a LOT better than I was expecting (I was pretty pessimistic the last few weeks while planning). We packed the house during the last couple banner campaigns, and he sure as hell knows the place would be a zoo/must-see St. Louis event should he sign. Let Tatum and his family concentrate on summer ball and his senior year. Let SLU fill out their recruiting class whether they have him or not. Let the big schools move on to their other big targets. That rally may have disappointed some, but every gesture that comes from SLU/St. Louis matters.
