So if Willie some day has a soon to be HS graduating son, that turns out to be built and have moves like Willis Reed, we are not going to allow Willie accompany his son on a recruiting visit?

at the rate Willie is going the recruiting visit might include the 'Willie Reed Players Lounge'..... hes gonna make himself some good money next year

That is what happens to your brain when you abuse Zima for years.

I like Willie. He always played hard and with a lot of enthusiasm. Too bad the situation arose, because under Majerus Wilie had the potential to be an early first rounder. And boy could we have used him in '12 NCAA tourney.

semi on topic didn't want to start thread but saw Baker from WSU Shockers playing for the Knicks tonight

That was a good game. Tuned in to watch the "Greek Freak" Giannis Anterkournmpo. Baker was key for the Knicks pulling out that win. Saw the Knicks and Hawks play at the Philips Arena between Christmas and New Years and Baker didn't play.

Another big game, 22 & 12, by our boy.

Good for Willie Reed. He has all the ability in the world and it looks like he got some positive influence and maturity in his life. Hopefully he can make enough to buy his own Applebee's someday.

Not only did backup center Willie Reed enter the week leading the Heat in plus/minus (minus 2), but he’s averaging as many points per 48 minutes as Rudy Gobert and DeAndre Jordan (17.8) and more than Robin Lopez and Marcin Gortat, and his 16.9 rebounds per 48 is 13th among all NBA centers. By opting out this summer, he will likely get far more than the $1.5 million he’s due from Miami next season.
