The stated mission of the alliance is for the four conferences to work together on all officiating matters, with John Cahill, the Big East Supervisor of Officials, and Bryan Kersey, the ACC Coordinator of Men's Basketball Officiating, managing the operations for the group.

-I hope this doesn't mean the ACC and the BEast will get the better officials doing their games

Ackerman said this week that officials will not have the number of games restricted by the alliance, but having all four leagues work together should reduce the logistical issues for several prominent East Coast-based officials.

-sure, let's help the east coast based officials, I wonder how the Marqs, DePauls, X's, Creighton's, Louisville's, etc feel about that statement, okay I would guess if the quality of officiating increases

Since the A-10 officials are the worst this can only be a plus.
