cheeseman
I have lost track of if Ford has filled his staff yet. I know he hired a 2 ACs and somebody for Player Development I think. A full staff consists of more than 3 so have I missed something or does Ford still have vacancies?
brianstl
Third AC hasn't been named yet. It could be that Ford is holding off on making it official so the potential hire doesn't have to worry about NCAA restrictions.

That, or he could be looking to hire a high school coach or prep school coach and he's waiting for the school year to end.

cheeseman
I get why he may be waiting on the 3rd coach but if he hires a h.s. coach who then will be his bench coach - are the two he hired known for that?

ACE
Played at Three Rivers CC and then Nevada. Was a juco head coach and was a full assistant at TCU for a couple of years, so taking a bit of a step back by becoming DBO. We still don't know the identity of the third assistant, correct? MusicCityBilliken
Here is his bio: http://www.gofrogs.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/chris_tifft_810116.html Seemed he went when Dixon cleaned house. That's normal but this is demotion since he was an Asst at TCU. Looking at his playing history, he went to Columbia, an Ivy league school, to 3 Rivers. Interesting. Has a lot of JC HC coaching experience. I don't know if that experience is as valuable as it was 20 years ago with most players now needing either further basketball playing development and/or academic improvement going on to prep schools.
