brianstl
Danny Brown was a pretty good prep school kid. By the end of his career, at least. Brown went prep?
Box and Won
Brown went prep? I'm pretty sure he went to the Air Force Academy's prep school.
brianstl
I'm pretty sure he went to the Air Force Academy's prep school. Now that you mention that it sounds right.

bonwich
I suppose I need to put something on the record before the doesn't-count UMSL game. In a Kool-Aid mood. 18-13. Just hoping that, when all is said and done this year, I'm not in a Jim Jones Kool-Aid mood.
Old guy
After a long summer of wailing, and in some cases despair, the season is about to start!
Cowboy
-14 and 16, no UMSL, hope to be very wrong - no A10 tourney win
DuckFayton
9 wins. 17 board meltdowns. 22 fire crews threads. 5 over confident recaps of Zeke Moore's first high scoring game. This one's looking pretty accurate right now.
slufan13
With such an unfair advantage, I would think we might actually be pretty good this year http://www.stltoday.com/sports/college/slu/crews-likes-to-lure-prep-school-recruits-to-billikens/article_8bdff365-0449-5601-8d16-6fa9ffcb22f3.html Crews has continued that recruiting approach at St. Louis University, which has four prep school players for the coming season. “It’s probably not a coincidence,” he said. “I like prep school guys. It’s such an advantage it’s not even funny.” "It's such an advantage it's not even funny"
Cowboy
"It's such an advantage it's not even funny" -correct, it is not funny
TheChosenOne
That is where I am at too. Put me down for 14 regular season wins. I don't have a good feel for the talent of our roster nor most of the teams on our schedule, so this prediction is really uninformed. I am still in the running, just have to win 6 of 7 to close out the season! After the Tennessee-Martin/Indiana State/Southern Illinois stretch it seemed obvious that my prediction would not play out. Soderball
-correct, it is not funny Firing Jim Crews would be such an advantage it would not even be funny.
