BigMouthBilliken
I would imagine Humps isI haven't seen anything mentioned on their Twitter feed and I don't know if they normally show fights due to the pay per view price or how the covers work
kshoe
This fight is incredibly expensive for bars to show. I kind of doubt Humps would take the risk of buying it and then having nobody show up.
RiseAndGrind
Over/under is showing it, I think
JMM28
You're not going to find many bars that show it, unless they don't have a commercial account with a TV provider. I've seen anywhere from $25 to $40 a head per the fire marshall's occupancy. That is a huge nut to cover.
BigMouthBilliken
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-04-29/buffalo-wild-wings-balks-at-lofty-price-for-pacquiao-mayweather BDubs says the majority won't show. Would be about $5000 per restaurant and those that do would have about a $20 cover. Would be $6 million for all restaurants together. That's insane
BigMouthBilliken
weird how in Mexico it's free to watch
billiken class of 15
Struggling to find a place to watch the biggest fight in years. This is why boxing has taken a massive hit in popularity. It's just not accessible to the common person.

willie
Heard the CEO of Buffalo Wild Wings on CNBC today say they would have the fight on in about 50 locations. Cost to them about 5 k per. Don't know about St. Louis. Size matters.

milwaukeebill
^^^^^ Only bar I know of InThe city where you can catch the big fights. I believe the cover was $10 last may weather fight. I would be blown away if it isn't at least $20 this time
ARon
I don't understand. Why are people so opposed to paying $100 to watch a foreign politician and a convicted wife beater, both in their late 30s, run away from each other for about an hour? brianstl
3 million people will buy the fight and you can get a $50 rebate if you buy some Tecate. You throw the party and tell the people you invite to throw in money for three 18 packs of Tecate. Right there you have paid for half the cost. moytoy12
I know watching at home isn't the same as being in a bar with friends. But for those hosting house parties, I may have a few free streaming links for the pregame shows today and the fight tonight Again no guarantees as I'm just linking other peoples feeds but I used these sites for last basketball season streams so I find these guys most reliable. The main fight is 8:00 PM (CST), and streams will come on 30 minutes before that. So hopefully around 7:45PM I will be able to post a working link for anyone who may need it! 1) http://livetv.sx/en/eventinfo/311451_floyd_mayweather_jr_manny_pacquiao/ (main fight tonight) 2) http://wiziwig.to/boxing 3) http://www.stream2watch.com/sports/boxing 4) http://cricfree.sx/boxing-live-stream IMPORTANT NOTICE: This website incorporates links to other websites maintained by unaffiliated third parties.
