I think people forget just how recently the A10 and Big East and (related smaller conferences) realigned. This is only VCU's third season in the A10, and they've come in second twice in the regular season (both times behind SLU) and fourth this season. This season was their first A10 Tournament title. Brennan is actually not bad, a very reasonable guy overall and a decent writer, too. If he just took the "other" part out of the word, there was nothing wrong with his sentence. Very minor gripe.
