ACE Posted April 6, 2007 Share Posted April 6, 2007 The BIG difference is their program goes to the Tourney on a semi-regular basis. Ours currently does not. They have less need for regime change. Also, their coaches are in demand because they are having success. Our coach is not in demand. Also, we did promote Soderberg from within, so I'm not sure what your point is. We need to get into the Tourney first before worrying about how to sustain it. It's questionable whether we currently have the guy to get us there.
